and that just proves you have no idea how hard it is to make software that is compatable with a patch that microsoft hadnt even thought of at the time renguard was released.... 
sheesh, talk about expecting miracles... and as for making a new version, they are busy doing so, but software is not created overnight! Sure, they could probably release it now, and I suspect it would work for 90% of people, but they are probably waiting until they can make it work for at least 99% of people, so they dont get idiots coming on the forums saying 'omfg your software is crap it doesnt work' etc etc.
sorry for the ranting, I just get so fed up of people moaning and whining about renguard, when they contribute nothing towards it....
