It is a pretty good idea, it will show the huge problems with the border patrol.
Example:
1. Person sees illigal aliens crossing the border.
2. Person calls the border patroll to fix the problem
3. Border patrol blows off the concerned citizen
4. Concerned citizen say WTF!!!!!
5. Big problem is finally exposed because it is on the World
Wide Web for everyone to see. Even the Chineese. 
But seriosly illigal immigration is a HUGE problem.
Seriously people how can you fight a war on terrorism with all of your borders wide open!
