it's called the "Scorpion" Mass Driver

the best weapon...Hotwire or a tech...they can take out infantry with 5 shots to the head with the pistol and take out buildings and tanks with their c4...not to mention help defend the base from across the map by using proxies.

There is no single best weapon...you have to figure out what you're going to be fighting against and pick accordingly...thought I'm almost always a hotwire/tech, Mobius(not mendoza)(only when defending), or Raveshaw(not PIC)
