Error finding the Master Server [message #194574]

It says that it cant connect to the master server and to check my internet connection. My internet connection is fine. I can get on and play renegade without renguard with no problems. Ive already uninstalled and reinstalled renguard and it does the same thing. Ive even turned off my firewall, and it still hasnt connected to the master server. Any suggestions?
