There are about 15x more servers on Westwood Online. Lagspy is the suckage, plain and simple. Oh, and good of you to join in on the fun. It's always good to see new people in the Renegade community - it just further proves that Renegade will never die. VIVE LE REVOLUTION! *cough*

Gamespy is a server browser. It doesn't cause servers to lag. I could convert our 3 Renegade servers from Gamespy to WOL in a matter of seconds, and it wouldn't affect the way they run at all.

but gamespy is gay with the adverts that pop up every 5 secs or when you click every link Evil or Very Mad
