I will investgate the fesability of building a stand-alone Client Core Patch 2 Specifically, it will probobly be the case that you download patchall.zip or cp2.zip same as the CP2 downloader downloads then you download another program/zip file that I would write which then applies said patch. (such a program is required for the idea I have to integrate core patch downloading into RenGuard in any case)
So it wont be a single exe like for Core Patch 1 (the single exe has caused a number of problems) but basicly you will download patchall.zip or cp2.zip then download cpinstall.zip and unzip both into a folder and run the program in cpinstall.zip which will install it. (also, having one patch file for stand-alone use as well as RenGuard downloading makes life much easier for ME when it comes to handling the patches)

For people without RenGuard, there will be an extra step to take to do with the no-cd crack exe supplied with Core Patch 2 (which is the same exe that comes with The First Decade)
I will see about getting this exe written as soon as I can (assuming that this will work for all the people here who want a stand-alone version)
