Cheaters are the main problem when it comes to in server problems, hacking and cheating are 2 totally diffrent things.

No you guys are still off.
Hackers, Script kiddies, then n00bs who know how to download script kiddies work.
Not all hacking is illegal or bad. Some of it is VERY helpful(ex. finding security wholes in software before it is released.)
