IDK...BRenBot is somewhat laggy, NR is good (however it doesn't support Gamelog), BR.net is old and doesn't live up to many people's expectations (most players expect !rg or !rec to return a response), I have no experience with CS or uBeR.NET, DragonServ is an EXCELLENT bot (permission flags, ...) but is private to BC, and you'll have to ask Crimson about her phpRenBot (idk if it's private or what).
P.S. I'm working on a bot too...
- Permission flag system
- Custom commands
- Database support (uses SQLite)
- Gamelog support
It's still under construction, though...I could use a dev for the commands .NETmodule, too
