For tha past 10 years, our family has not had a tree, instead we have built a Christmas cross each year, to symbolize the meaning of the birth of Christ. anyhoo they started out simple but in the past 5 years we have started putting scenes in them and really going all out on the thing. takes usually about a month and it really looks neat. no cam or i would show yall this years.

I've never understood the obsession with crosses by Christians.. I would think that a crucifix would be the LAST thing he would want to see when he returned.. In fact, I bet he will cringe every time he looks at one.. I would.
If you really want to remember his sacrifice for you.. smear blood all over your house and body.. the suffering for man's sins occured in the garden, not on the cross.
