North Korea gets almost 70% of it's food from the U.S. and another 20% from it's neighbor China. If there were internation sanctions like the U.S. is proposing to the U.N. Then the problem would be solved rather quickly. North Korea would have to choose between starving to death and keeping their weapons or disarming and having food.

If you see a rock thrown at your fan, do you catch it before it mangles the blades? What if that rock started growing in flight? What if that rock also grew harder while it was flying? You can still catch it. Would you watching while it flew faster toward the fan? Would you watch while it in slow motion as it catches the air from the blades? Would you watch as it hits and knocks a blade of the fan? Then, could you sit and honestly think to yourself you didn't make a big mistake not catching it?
