You can set the port you want to have in the server.ini file.
But there are three different ports:

normal port, Gamespy port and Gamespyquery port

I have a router too and have no problems with running a server.
Just open these 3 ports and it should work Satisfied

When people ask me "Plz" just because it's shorter than "Please" I feel perfectly justified to answer "No" because it's shorter then "Yes"
