Yes, the link I posted was for an installer, because nowhere does it indicate that you actually got it installed. Your original post said you were trying to install but it froze.
Anyway, if you are using a motherboard with a VIA KT-133 chipset, there are known issues with NVidia Cards and Windows XP with this motherboard. Don't know if they have been fixed or not (they hadn't been 6 months ago). I found I had to set the CPU clock multiplier in the BIOS to 100 instead of 133, which meant my CPU runs slower than it should, but I didn't end up with the Blue Screens/Reboots/Freezes.
May not be related to your problem, but I thought I'd post it just in case.
I think I'll even check the viaforums to see if anything's been found yet, and post back here if it has.
