i would ring customer support, but its always busy, and i havent got through once !
oh yeh, the graphics card is becoming a nuisence now it is always freezing , but there are small grey lines across the screen - so this may be a noticablke syptom of some sort. lol

i would be grateful if sum1 could resolve my problem
