Just take the flag and hide in area,then when the coast is clear make a run for it.It has worked for me many times.

In one of the CTF Servers i went to, this wasnt possible. There was ALWAYS atleast 2 Havocs, 3 Deadeyes, a Gunner, a Sydney(150) and a Patch.
If against Nod, it was 2 Sakuras, 4 Black Hand Snipers, 2 Heavy Black Hand, a defending Stealth Black Hand and a Chem Warrior. You werent getting away without atleast a few scratches.
