Our router actually has a firewall, I will get right on that and check that. Also, my parents pc has a firewall from Kasperki or something like that. I am not sure if there Windows firewall is on or off. I will check all three. However, the Kasperki firewall does not have anything that has ipbans or trusted ips. It is one horrible firewall. But I did turn it off and I still could not connect. I will check the Windows and Router firewall and get back to you.
