Do you have a router? If you have one reset it and your modem by unplugging them. That may help to get a new connection. It may also be your ISP. If your ISP has a website check to see if they have made any changes to the service you currently use or if they were doing any upgrades or maintenance that may have affected you. You could also phone your ISP's tech support and ask them to run a diagnostic of your line to see if there are any external problems.
