Since its a p3 with a 133fsb bus and 133sdr memory, i doutb youle be able to sqeez out much.
First you have to find out whats in the comp, download a program like Everest home--> google.
then post what motherboard and stuff.
Lets say if its a Compaq you will have to download a Software o'c program becaus Compaq's,Dell, and more of those brands dont suport overclocking.
If its a custom build, well, thats good news.
Find out what the mobo is and go into the bios it depends on what mobo.
Raise the speeds by FSB if its 133, 134 step by step and so on.
But watch your AGP if it gets to hight it will get instable like shit.
For the GFX google---> coolbits add to registry. Screen properties NVIDA< OC then just raise the GFX with steps if it starts giving articles lower it.
If it doesnt fix it.. say bye to the card
