I believe I am in support of not allowing filibuster, I said nothing about nuclear option.

Am I correct in my definition of what a filibuster is? - when a Senator(because once on the floor, they have unlimited time on the floor) reads or speaks without any regards to the topic mearly to wait out a "surrender" by the opposing party until the Senator gets his way.
