if someone can give us a clue how to rid this world of pricks like him it would be great

in the end i had to restart the server as i dont have access to renrem Sad

Alkaline has tried to ban this pricks ip b4 but no success
anyone have any suggestions how to stop him quickly in future
his ip hails from belgium
