Yes, but if the parents do a good enough of a job teaching their kids what are good eating habits, what they learned from Sesame Street is not going to affect them. I wasn't doing my "own thing" at 7. I was in first grade.

The influence that the Cookie Monster has on kids is easily correctable if the parents do their job.
