What you need to do is, download the ISO's somewhere.
By bittorent, ore whatever you use.

Then use DeamON tools to mount the ISO, you wont need a cd Driver for this.
But you will have to leave your pc on for lik 24 hour's for both CD's probly.

Other then that, a new CD driver isnt expensive you can get a CD/DVD ore CD/rewriter rom for like 30$ and you got a good brand then!
