-backup all maps & mods
-uninstall renegade
-re-install renegade
-apply 1.037 patch
-apply no-cd patch
-install renguard
-apply CP1 (optional)

from what it looks like.. your tring tp patch a game.exe which has already been edited for NOCD or thats trying to patch renguard Neutral
