You didnt update Renegade to version 1.037 then.
I know 100% sure because this "entry point?Detect_Bandwith@@YAKKKHAAHAAKKPAUtBandtestSettingsStruct @@PAD>@Z could not be located in the dynamic link libray Bandtest.dll."
error only happens when you have not updated your game prior to installing
RenGuard.

Do this:

-Uninstall RenGuard
-Uninstall Renegade
-Delete the Renegade folder through windows explorer
-Install Renegade
-Update Renegade to v.1037
English: v1.037 Update
Other Language?: Check for additional Languages
-Install RenGuard
-Install Core Patch 1 through RenGuard when asked
