By patching do you mean the core patch?

Heres my sequence of events
1. install renegade
2. load up renegade which leads to patch or update whichever you call it
3. download and install rengaurd
4.then I ran rengaurd which initated the core patch update which i did....

firewall settings seem to be good. its worked at these settings before and i lowered them further to no avail...lol
