Assuming you're going somewhere in Manitoba: Where a little bit more than you need in layers so you can take off what you don't need. I've been to Minnedosa twice and I learned that when you're going down the hill, IT GETS DAMN COLD! Also try not to go too, too fast on your first couple tries (assuming it's your first time).
