Im not even exactualy sure what duel booting is.

Just to give you more information on your options since its better to walk into a pool than an ocean.

Dual Booting is where on startup you have the option of starting your computer in a different operating system. So if you wanted to use some linux programs and you were in windows you would have to restart and start your computer on the linux partitian. A good thing to know about Dual Booting is that you can not have both operating systems running at the same time.

Dual Booting would probably be the best choice for you if:
~ You dont know a lot about linux.
~ Your not completely sure on the programs you will be using.
~ You only have one computer accessible for daily tasks.
~ You have enough Hard Drive space to comfortable fit both operating systems
