So because they used something from the 1970s that looked like plastic and had little detail, they should stick to making things with little detail?


Kind of like how you make all of your models exact to Red Alert's cinematics, even if they suck.

Looks alright, except that the skin lacks detail in general. For example, instead of making the black parts of the suit solid black, it should have seams, stitching, etc... Right now it just looks like a render of the white plastic parts floating in the air.


How about thinking about the fact that it does have detail but the render doesn't show it in the black parts? He's not half-assed where he would make them solid.
