There really is no excuse for not having Renguard installed (all players).
However if like myself, the young ducklings in the family hijack the P.C. Then you will end up with lots of files for Skins, Super Guns, Odd Vehicles + who knows what else.

I too ran R.G. or so i thought as a pure programme. R.G. caught me out. T he ducklings have been sent to the pond for drowning + re-birth. They are now back as mature swans who cannot cheat + cannot or will not add extras.

I recommend full unistall of Renegade, (regedit) in the Run box after control panel emptied the hard drive but a closer examination in the West wood file found some remnants of Renegade. After removal of those files + a clean installation of Renegade my game works AB-FAB.

It is with great pride that i sit back as others are kicked from R.G. protected sites for cheating knowing that it is highly unlikely to be me in that predicament.

Finally to all that read this note, install R.G. by the book and have a great time particullarly in New Maps.
