You can set the interval (seconds) between messages to appear as the server host.
Its entirely up to the host what he or she does with this. Some players will
get RenGuard (the very same day or sooner or later) and others wont get it at all.

Ive seen it happen to other people indeed -> getting messages they need RG and stuff eventhough they were running it. No clue whats it caused by :S
And also: usually when these people restart their RenGuard/Renegade the problem is fixed, some exceptions left aside Sad
