No you got it totally wrong.
Stay out of China where it originated and concealed to the public for 6 month.
Best solution for it to spread further is to move all production out of China and Hong Kong.
Forbidden all economy ties with them and do not allow them to leave.
Any attempt to flee by boats will be sinked and not rescued and by cars and planes will be blown up.
Let their economy collapases and people die.
Once enough people have died in China and Hong Kong the problem is solved because there is not enough population for the virus to spread.
Further more it will decrease the world unemployment rate and all other people can live happily afterwords and don't have to worry about China being a threat to the world.
