These proxies aren't capable of logging in.

PHP registration flood bots could be a bit of a problem. Razz

We had at attack on our forums and woke up with 6,000 new users.

But I fixed it Smile

I have a nice mass delete modification for phpbb if you happen to want it. I noticed that there are TONS of never used users on the forums, so the mass delete may be a good thing. That and on http://www.phpbbhacks.com it has a user deleting thing for any inactive users...which may be the better option.
