This is at the beginning of installation when you have inserted the first CD I guess.
It seems, it want's you to change the disks. It could be that your CD had a very little error while burning, wich is why the installer doesn't identify the cd as the right CD.
I also had problems burning my Red Hat 9 CD's. For some reason all the cd's I burned had small errors wich resulted in something it seems you have know.
You can compare the hashes of the CD with what they should be. To see if there are any problems.
Also never ever call that Dos. It's a text Terminal program that starts before the actual kernell is booted, possibly Grub or something. Dos is MS product.
Just out of curiosity, why does your sister want to use Linux?
Size doesn't matter.
