Here's a few things they got wrong:
Fusion does not have a smaller yield than fission; in fact it has a much higher yield;
There are no pure fusion weapons in existence; for the time being it's beyond our science;
Neutron bombs are not fusion/fission hybrids: those are Hydrogen Bombs. Neutron Bombs are a theoretical weapon designed to have no blast but have a massive radiation yield enabling you to kill personel but leave the superstructure intact for capture. The project was dropped because the way it would have to work you'd leave the area at lethal levels for a few years: completely defeating the point of the weapon.
