We weren't talking about after the war. We were talking about the support given to Britian during the Battle of Britain, and the United State's lack of actual manpower to try and repel the attacks. This all riles together with Bigjoe's statement:

In that you did not police Germany out of Britian during the Battle of Britian, and in fact did not "hop the fence and beat down on you" in France and England until you suffered an attack yourself. You obviously did let your friends get picked on (seeing how Britian and France WERE your friends, whether you seem to think so or not) and merely threw them a few tools (among many OTHER countries lending actual manpower and supplies) and expected everyone else to use them.

It's a good thing you finally came to your senses and launched the Normandy invasion when you did. You were a little bit late though, and I guaruntee you that many hundreds of people had to die because of it.[/quote]
