For Maps go to http://www.renstation.net. After Cncammo went down , Its very hard to find a good edited texture for Renegade. Good luck Though.
Its easy to make your own , You just have to have some knowledge in Paintshop or Photoshop , Have the program and a program called XXCmixer. (Google it)
Use XXC mixer and go to your renegade/Data folder and open your Always.dat file. Look fro your characters texture. (It will look like a bunch of peices to a puzzle) Right click on it and click copy as tga. Then open it with PS or PSP and edit it. When your done save it and place it in your data folder. (keep the format Tga)
EDIT* Here is what the Characters Texture should look like and there file names all start with a c. Example: C_Havoc.tga , C_GDI_Gunner.tga.
