Ok, if dodging questions counts as answering them in a logical way, I can see where you're coming from. When someone is throwing stuff in Bill O' Reilly's face [Side note: You know that "57% of all statistics are made up on the spot" thing? Well, most of 'em came from Bill 'O Lielly.] he starts shouting them down, and won't even let them speak. Then he just cuts them off. It's not then they go off topic, it's when they stay on topic that it bothers O'Lielly.
"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt (1918)
"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)
