30 FPS (It won't go any higher for some reason).

AMD Athlon 2500+ XP ( 1.83GHZ )
1024MB (1GB) Ram ( PC2100 )
GeForce FX 5600XT 256MB

Stays constant at 30FPS. If someone knows how to remove the 30FPS cap.. do tell me..
