Crimson | I honestly had no idea anyone would have a huge problem about it. Plain and simple. I removed it as soon as I saw the thread about it.

Aright, I have no beef with you then.
Aircraftkiller | I wanted it that way so I asked her if she would do it for me. I still can't see how you would get upset over it being converted to my nickname, like the intent should be. I find it easier to have word filters in place, it helps with typing and makes it easier to convey a point.
For example, the RA forum has "v2" turned into "V2 Rocket Launcher" automatically. "mammy" becomes "Mammoth Tank" and "med tank" becomes "Medium Tank."

The filter was just you trying to wrap your iron gauntlet around the community and bend them to your will, whereas your will would be to not have people use a nickname that has no harmful intent towards you or your reputation, other than that fact that it uses the C in your name.
"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt (1918)
"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)
