Download a program called 'Fraps' it lets you capture onto the same PC. However it limits frame-rates (10, 20 or 30 FPS). Also you might need to change your resolution.

But, it takes up alot of space a 5 min movie takes up about a GB, but with Movie maker you can alter/convert it I managed to get that GB file down to 3 megs in the end.
