BAsically he wants to know how to make Nod or GDI own a certain pedestal. This isn't possible when you place them too far away from building controllers as they become useable by both teams. I think what he means by a script is to have a script that you attach to the Beacon scriptzone or a generic scriptzone that allows you to specify the team that the beacon pesedtal is for.
