Hitmanultra, in answer to your question; They are the same. Havoc and Sakura use the same Ramjet Rifle. Mobieus and Mendosa use the same volt gun. Only Sydney PBA and Raveshaw use different weapons. Sydney has the portable ion cannon while Raveshaw has the railgun. Both weapons have identical use and affect though.

I don't really see why they chose to make them the same as their counterparts since the vehicles are so vastly different on both sides.
