Answers in the order that your questions came in:

1) Dunno... She's a free agent, but we'll probably see her again sometime

2) Not far from the main rooms down below the big upper control room that's split in half. Just look around some and you'll find it. hehehe...

3) Yep. In the tunnels. Poke around there and you'll find it easily. I had trouble catching what was said about it due to the sound and didn't think much about it then, but it's very significant. Check the main forum discussion for some interesting speculation on it, it seems to be the final link in the C&C storyline... That, and the pictures of the Kremlin.
