There is an MRLS that they transport in and allow you to use if you meet certain criteria. On my first time through with that mission I got the MRLS, but then proceeded to get overrun by NOD infantry. I lost the Mammoth previously (didn't protect it well enough), and thus had to reload the autosave for the level.

On my second time through, I never got the MRLS, but saved the Mammoth earlier and just used that to take the Obelisk of Light out.
