Here's a tactic, become a sniper and go onto the field then send this message to all the people.
"Purple Monkey Dishwasher" then any thing else that comes to mind (preferably some thing against the other team). Soon enough you'll get some responses from people then all you have to do is look around the battlefield for any stupid people who think its safe to type a hate message back and shoot them in the head.

Note: not realy recomended because you might get banned from server.
