Have you even played this game before?

Or have you just played the Practice Multiplayer wheir none of the Bots repair the base.

All they would need to do is get a few tech's in the buildings and start repairing them. Once they start, they will get money for their team and at the same time, be able to allow their team to attack your base without you bieng their to stop them.
