This is EXACTLY how to do it. They won't know if anyones in there until its too late. Of course if someone walks in the building early, hit the Remote, so you still have a chance to kill the building even if you die. One way from keeping people from coming in is to lay prox mines in the entrances to either kill or hurt the enemy. By the time that person warns everyone, it should be too late.
