The order you should do you objectives
1 missiles
2 engines
3 first mate
4 torps
5 captains
6 chopper
7 hostages
8 protect hostages
One thing is that never run through the yellow without kill the first mate or the mission will never end. To reach the first mate just go up from the tiberium room. There is a elevator that people often miss.
