First thing's first THIS MOD CAN BE MIXED with .mix maps and simply entered into the rotation with TTFS(Tiberian Technologies File Server) if setup correctly.So in that sense this could act as a mappack. That means they would act like .mix files, but still retain all of their mod/.pkg features.

These are suggested settings/setup for server setting. Included with the mod is an example TT.cfg showing how you can setup that file.  Additionally there are some suggested DA.ini settings if you use that too do things like prevent new stealth units from getting weapons and so forth.

Most DA features like crates and such seem to work fine for the most part. Sometimes weapon grants might be a little strange. Weapon drops/dna seem to work fine.

-The original games .mix maps(or the .w3ds for the map terrain) somewhere in your server's data folder. By default you'll have this but if you removed it for some reason, people will fall through the terrain.

-Suggested EnableInfiniteAmmo to 0. You can leave this on and it won't be a huge problem but some units are slightly designed around using all of their ammo quickly for a little bit of extra damage. Turning infinite ammo on is perfectly fine though.

-NodSpawnCharacter and GDISpawnCharacter can be left blank and it will work fine. Un-sure if this is set if it will cause a problem, but unlikely. If it does it's likely to be very minor.

-C4Limit to 50 or more. There are more sneaky units in the mod and being able to place more mines is ideal. Mines can also be bought in the equipment menu too.

-EnableVehicleShells=0 . The custom vehicles don't have shells, so while you can leave this on it would be inconsistent.

-Suggested to comment this out if you're using the 1 shot ramjets. This Sakura is now Sakura Virus and has a different ramjet. Wouldn't use any of these settings personally, but to each their own.

-Copy paste for stealth unit weapon pickup disables are at the bottom of this readme. The names of those and a little info just below.

-Stealth unit names are... CnC_Nod_FlameThrower_2SF (SBH) , CnC_Sydney_Stealth_Unl (Stealth Sydney. Different preset name so it doesn't conflict with normal sydney on other maps), CnC_GDI_Hacker, CnC_Nod_Hacker . There are some suggested settings for these below. Those are the names if you want to do it yourself though. Hackers are stealth but are by default not very good combat units. A little slow, and 100 hp 25 armor.

-The tick tank when deployed/undeployed may show kill messages. Since technically it kills the old one and replaces it with the deployed/undeployed one.
-The Tiberium Strike Beacon says a Nuclear Strike deploy. Apart from the message/sound when deployed it works as intended though.
