Nah don't ban him reading his posts, and the time he puts in to his (spam), I'm thinking this guy/boy is special. Just because he is special, is no reason to ban him. Just let him do his thing, and ignore him. He might learn.
Hmmm... are there any clans, for the mentaly less fortuned. There are all sort of activities, but I never heard about these kids playing games.
Size doesn't matter.

Kirby, if you sent your story to him he'd probably steal it then claim it to be his own, and if he really did rate books for a living he would have much much better spelling and grammer. I think he should be banned, at least for a week due to all the stuff he has done. Besides he's practically copying Kirby's story, check my post in his story thread..
