Yeah, I saw this.
And yet, we can't display the Ten Commandments in public, or say the pledge of alleigance because it's "OFFENSIVE".
That's it. I'm moving to Canada.

I'm guessing that is the reason you turned to God?

K9Trooper | If they determine a law/bill or whatever is unconstitutional it is final. Only the Supreme Court and overturn a Supreme Court ruling.

I think you will find that a constitutional amendment cannot be overturned by the Supreme Court, because the best the supreme court can do is declare something unconstitutional and an amendment is by definition constitutional.
Additionally I don’t know but I would guess that a constitutional amendment could be used to overturn a Supreme Court ruling, however I believe that it would not be retroactive, hence the change would only effect new crimes committed after the amendment.
Finally the Supreme Court justices are nominated and approved by the other branches of government; hence they are indirectly voted in by the people and so (theoretically) represent the people.

Just out of interest lets assume that this law was upheld and was enforced ruthlessly.
Wouldn't that just mean that all the porn sites would move offshore like most of the spammers and casino sites?

I doubt that either the enforcement or the non-enforcement of this law would have any significant effect on the internet anyway.
